Biff Bar Flavors Lead Times in Oregon: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Every quotation for Oregon separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Stock rotation at the Oregon warehouse should run first-in-first-out, with cartons held between 15°C and 30°C and humidity under 65%. Batch dates printed on every master carton make the discipline easy to audit.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity

Packaging standards for export cartons

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Freight to Oregon runs sea, air or rail depending on urgency and volume. DDP quotations fold duties and taxes into one landed figure, while experienced importers often take FOB and route through their own forwarder.
