Biff Bar Flavors Payment Terms Checklist for Belgium Trade Buyers

How a first order usually runs

First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current biff bar flavors stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Belgium trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

What Belgium buyers check before ordering biff bar flavors

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Belgium warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.

When destination rules in Belgium change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Landed cost — not factory price — is the number to compare. Freight, duties, insurance and handling can move the final figure substantially. VapeWholesaleHub provides DDP quotations on request, giving a single predictable cost per unit delivered to Belgium.

Distributors covering Belgium often ask about territory planning. Because the payment terms program is built on reorder volume rather than one-off deals, the desk shares regional demand context before commitments are made.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Belgium launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
