Biff Bar Flavors Ready Stock Checklist for Ireland Trade Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Ireland trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Retail presentation and display support

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Payment terms for Ireland accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Practical checklist

• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

Reorder cycles and demand patterns in Ireland

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Every quotation for Ireland separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.
