Biff Bar Flavors Reorder Program in Ohio: Overview for Trade Buyers

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at 2,000 units, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

When destination rules in Ohio change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.

Mixed-flavor cartons remain the default recommendation for a first Ohio order. Once sell-through data identifies local winners, reorders lean into them while keeping a variety tail for browsing customers.

Packaging standards for export cartons

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

Private-label projects for Ohio brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Common mistakes Ohio first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

Payment terms for Ohio accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
