Biff Bar Flavors Warehouse Inventory Checklist for India Trade Buyers

Storage and shelf life at your India warehouse

Recommended storage temperature sits between 15°C and 30°C with humidity under 65%. E-liquid exposed to prolonged heat can darken and lose top notes, while cold storage below freezing can compromise seal integrity — ambient conditioned space is ideal.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. India orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Common mistakes India first-time buyers make

Ignoring landed cost in favor of headline unit price frequently flips the ranking between suppliers once freight and duties are added. Always compare delivered cost to your warehouse, never FOB price alone.

The most common first-order error is over-buying a single flavor based on personal taste rather than local data. Mixed cartons and regional recommendations remove most of that risk for biff bar flavors programs.

Practical checklist

• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Pre-shipment inspection draws an AQL sample from the finished biff bar flavors run, testing draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and seal integrity. The report accompanies the shipping confirmation, along with loading photographs.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why India shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.
