Biff Bar Flavors Wholesale Pricing Checklist for Ukraine Trade Buyers

Flavor planning for the Ukraine market

Mixed-flavor master cartons let new buyers test the full lineup without deep stock on any single profile. Once sell-through data identifies the local winners, reorders can lean into them while keeping a tail of variety for breadth.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Ukraine launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Documents that travel with every shipment

Labeling can follow destination requirements — nicotine warnings, importer details, batch codes and barcodes can all be printed in position. Artwork templates are supplied in editable format so own-label customers can adapt them in minutes.

Payment terms for Ukraine accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.

Practical checklist

• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays

Minimums, tiers and payment terms

Minimum order quantities are designed for trade: typical entry at a 50-carton master case, with mixed-flavor cartons available so first orders are not forced into a single profile. Volume tiers usually step up at pallet and container quantities, where per-unit savings become significant.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Ukraine launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.
